The reality is many people struggle with food addiction and their weight as a result of it. I do treat sugar as an addictive substance. For my self I find flour is the exact same. Sure people look at me funny when I say I don’t eat flour. “You ate flour your whole life now all of a sudden everyone is allergic to gluten! You probably don’t know what gluten is!” Well the truth is that may be true but put some of it inside me and I will rise just like a ball of doe. Most people will never know the relief of having a body that isn’t swollen and inflamed but their diet.
