Eat Great Lose Weight

My story actually starts when I was just a small child 2 or 3 years old. I was born in Newfoundland and my family moved to Ontario for more work opportunities. My father was an auto mechanic at the time and my Mom stayed home with me. I used to go back to Newfoundland and visit all my my family down there every summer. One year I was so excited I got to go stay with my grandparents for the whole summer because my Mom was going to do a 6 week shift on the Ferry from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland. I couldn’t wait to see my grandma and grandpa and I love it down there. I even got to fly on the plane by my self. I was 8 at the time. I remember the smell of the fresh air when I landed. I saw my grandparents waiting we grabbed my luggage and went back to there small town of Buchans. For the next 2 months I spend most of the time enjoying home made cookies, deep fried fries, all the candy a kid could want I went to Newfoundland a lean kid, I came back huge. I remember the look on my Moms face. I’ll never forget it. Her jaw dropped her eyes opened she said “Jeremy What Happened?” I had no idea but every bite I took got packed on as body fat. I became a fat kid… It stayed right with me until high school when I had finally had enough. I was finally going to get lean no matter what it took. I joined a gym with my friend, I did all of the things I thought would make me lean but no matter how hard I worked out or no matter how little carbs I ate I was still fat. I even quit carbs all together for a while which definitely worked but the life style was temporary and unrealistic. I even became a personal trainer and a spinn instructor, but I was still fat. Then one day 2 of my friends, they were brothers actually. They had told me they were going to compete in a body building show. I didn’t think much of it at the time. Good luck I thought they were heavier than I was. Then their bodies started changing I had seen people lose weight before but this was different. They shredded every single oz of fat and actually looked like they gained muscle. One of the brother came in 1st place the other in 3rd, I had to know what they were doing different than me. I asked them and they said just a few words that changed my entire life. “The only thing we changed was our diet.” “What” I thought… I had tried everything with my diet. They told me they hired a nutrition coach and I begged them to hook me up with him and they did. He agreed to train me and he took me through an amazing journey that completely opened my eyes. Everything I thought I knew about weight loss was a BIG FAT LIE!!!! I lost 60 Lbs. of fat and gained 30 Lbs. of muscle. Eating the foods I would normally eat. The only ting we change was my portion size. When I met him I had no idea how many calories I burned or why it was important, but I listened and there I was 210 Lbs. with a shredded 6 pack just like my buddies. Everybody started asking me what I was doing and I loved teaching people so much I became a nutrition therapist. There was just 1 problem. I was a full blown sugar addict and I didn’t even know it. I learned how to see food as time so I started measuring junk food and the science still worked, I just had to follow the numbers. It wasn’t long before I was fatter than I was before. I read a book called food junkies and it was clear. I was addicted to food. I knew I had to do something or my health was at risk. I could see the ambulance backing up to my house in my mind. It was no longer a should… it was a must. I had to change before it was too late… I literally had just finished a mountain of junk food. I was having trouble breathing because of all of the food inside of me. I legit asked God for help. I’m not a religious person but I didn’t know what to do. It wasn’t 5 minuets later I saw a video on youtube. It was Dr.Mark Hyman doing a presentation on sugar. He said sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine, but here is the thing… It only takes 10 days to detox from sugar… Now I take people down the same journey I went on and more and more people are joining my tribe every day. Imagine if in as little as 10 days you could be free from a deadly spiral and on the right track to building a strong lean body. I know what you might be thinking. I’ve tried everything before. I was the same way. Don’t worry about it. We all have to eat and here is the 1 thing my coach taught me was how many calories I burn per day and what that looks like on a plate. That’s it…Now I have a super power. I can see food as time and this skill that took me 10 years to develop I teach to people in less than an hour. Sometimes I will have a conversation with someone then 6 weeks later I get a phone call with someone saying that I changed their life. Now I make delicious menus for people to help them bridge that gap. I specialize in helping woman with food addictions break the habit and build lean strong bodies with online training and coaching. I take all of the guess work out of it for you and I’m there to support you.
